Kristina Fields is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, whose focus is helping individuals, couples, and families understand the powerful link between emotional wellbeing, relational health and mind-brain connection. Kristina’s clinical work is informed by over 12 years of experience in research and clinical care, in collaboration with medical professionals in psychiatry and neuroscience at UT Health San Antonio. Integrating evidence-based practice with her clinical expertise, Kristina is dedicated to helping individuals and families access meaningful and lasting change. 

Kristina serves as Faculty Specialist in the department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Science at UT Health San Antonio. She is program manager for the Texas Child Mental Health Care Consortium at UT Health where she oversees clinical operations, research initiatives, and program administration.
